That now annual event whereby I rush packing and move back down to Carlisle. What fun I shall have.

Not bad this tiem, ackshully. I can't wait to sort our new house and get everything just so. Just the stresses and strains of registration, sorting out BT and broadband and paying the TV License to do. Oh - and buy my 'bitching' new desktop. Money - WHERE DOES IT GO?!

Oh - and new update to my DeviantArt account - I've finally rendered Alex as a bollyvox portrait! Good times!

Oh my god, this makes me look like an actual Producer! Lots of hard work went into this, and the trailer has excited me somewhat. Obviously the sound and colouring/visual effects aren't quite there yet - but that'll all happen when we get back to uni and finish the full 15-minute project.



If I make it into the final cut as the Leather-jacket wearing lesbian in the 'Gentleman's Bar', I'm going to castrate the entire male population of our crew.

Greetings one and all! So. It' s2008 and I haven't posted a journal on LiveJournal since the 31st of December, so to kick-start the ol' blogs again I've decided to ditch my original journal over at miss_lancing (when I joined originally, I was an avid fan of The Brittas Empire).

Oh how times have changed since those heady days of Chris Barrie adoration...

Well, no, they haven't really changed. I've gone through several new obsessions since then, those being Red Dwarf > Brittas Empire> Green Wing > Doctor Who > Life on Mars > Ashes to Ashes (ergo an Ashes themed name and layout). You can't beat a bit of the Bolly.

So, in celebration, I bring you icons of an Ashes persuasion.
